Report Everything
If something is broken, stained, missing, or looks wrong — tell Bruna. Take a photo. Do this the same day, not later.
What Counts
Broken items, stains on linens or mattress, missing inventory, damaged furniture, leaks, mould, burnt-out bulbs, any pest sighting.
How to Report
WhatsApp with photo + description + location in the property. Example: 'Bathroom St Julians — crack in ceramic soap holder. Photo attached.'
What NOT to Do
Do not hide damage, try to fix things yourself without permission, or leave without reporting. Honesty is always the right call.
