The video protects both you and us. It shows the property condition at handover. It is required — no video, no payment confirmation.
How to Record
Film in landscape mode. Walk slowly through every room. Narrate out loud: 'This is the bedroom — bed made, floor clean, mirror clean.' Open drawers and wardrobes briefly.
What to Show
Every room, every bathroom, kitchen (open oven, fridge, cabinets), front door locked, windows closed. The video should be 3–6 minutes long.
Sending It
Send the video to Bruna on WhatsApp immediately after you leave. Add a message: 'All done — [property], [date].' Include any notes about issues.
