All bedding (sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover) must be changed after every guest, even if the stay was one night.
Pull the fitted sheet tight on all four corners. There should be no creases or loose fabric. Run your hand across — it should feel smooth.
Lay the top sheet even on both sides, then the duvet. Fold the top 20cm of the duvet back over itself, with the top sheet folded inside. This creates the hotel fold.
Two pillows per person. Pillow seams face inward (not visible). Pillows should be plump and centred, not flat or tilted.
Step back and look at the bed from the doorway. It should look symmetrical and inviting. Take a photo from this angle.
